1. Introduction
This page explains how refund and cancellation requests are handled for Data Lunex programs.
Specific refund windows and conditions for each program will be stated here and at checkout before online sales begin. Until then, please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the Self-Paced Course ($79), Mentored Cohort ($199) and Team Training (from $300 per session).
3. Self-Paced Course
Refund eligibility for the Self-Paced Course will depend on the terms shown at the time of purchase, including how much digital content has been accessed.
4. Mentored Cohort
Refund eligibility for the Mentored Cohort will consider the cohort start date and mentor services already provided, as stated at the time of purchase.
5. Team Training
Refund and cancellation terms for Team Training are set out in the written agreement with each organization.
6. Cancellation Requests
To request a cancellation or refund, email [email protected] with your name, the email used to purchase and the program.
7. Refund Eligibility
Eligibility will be assessed according to the terms published at the time of your purchase and applicable law.
8. Access to Digital Content
Because course materials are digital, access to content may be considered when reviewing refund requests, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Course Participation
Participation in assignments and course activities may be taken into account as described in the applicable terms.
10. Mentor Services
Mentor guidance and feedback already delivered may be considered when assessing Mentored Cohort refunds.
11. Corporate Training Cancellations
Rescheduling and cancellation of team sessions are handled under the agreement with the organization.
12. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. Timing may depend on the provider and your bank.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
14. International Learners
If you live outside the United States, mandatory consumer rights in your country may apply in addition to this policy.
