How learning works
A clear weekly rhythm of explanation, practice and application, online and at a pace that fits your work.
Learning format
The course is delivered online. You study using learning materials and practical explanations, then apply what you learned in hands-on exercises with realistic business datasets.
You need a computer, a modern browser, and free or common tools: Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, a browser-based SQL practice environment, and Looker Studio.

The weekly structure
Learn
Learning materials introduce the week's concepts with practical explanations.
See it in a business context
Business examples show how each tool answers a real question.
Practice
Hands-on exercises on realistic datasets reinforce each skill.
Apply
A weekly assignment brings the week's skills together in one short task.
Independent learning (Self-Paced)
Work through the materials, exercises and assignments on your own schedule. Self-paced learners do not receive mentor feedback.
Mentor support (Mentored Cohort)
In addition to the materials, you receive mentor guidance and feedback on your assignments during the cohort. Cohort dates and feedback arrangements are shared before enrollment is confirmed.
Assignments
Four weekly assignments, each focused on a practical deliverable: a sales report, a set of SQL answers, a dashboard and a written analysis.
Final project
The course ends with a mini-project that combines all four weeks. Read more.
