1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Data Lunex ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit datalunex.com, contact us, or enroll in our online educational programs. We aim to collect only what we need and to explain clearly how it is used.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, information related to enrollment and payments, and limited technical information collected automatically when you use the website. The categories are described below.
3. Contact Information
When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number (optional), country or region (optional), subject, course interest and message. Our contact form currently opens your own email application; your message is sent by email, not stored by this website.

If you enroll in a program, we may collect your name, email address, selected program and information needed to provide course access, assignments and, for the Mentored Cohort, mentor feedback.
5. Payment-Related Information
We do not collect or store full payment card details on this website. When online payments are offered, they will be processed by a third-party hosted checkout provider, which handles card data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may receive limited information such as transaction status, amount, date and the email associated with the purchase.
6. Automatically Collected Information
Like most websites, our hosting server may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request in standard server logs, for security and operational purposes.
7. Cookies

We use enrollment information to grant access to learning materials, track assignment submissions where applicable, and provide support.
10. Learning Communications
We may email you about your course, assignments, schedule changes or important updates. Any optional marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe.
11. Third-Party Providers
We may use third-party service providers for website hosting, email, payment processing and course delivery. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms. When specific providers are in use, we will identify them where required by applicable law.
12. Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, when required by law, to protect our rights, or with your consent. For Team Training, limited participant information may be shared with the organization that arranged the training.
13. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described, including legal, accounting and reporting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.

16. International Data Transfers, if applicable
If you access our services from outside the United States, information you provide may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where cross-border processing occurs and the law requires it, we will disclose it and use appropriate safeguards.
17. Privacy Rights
